The Xplor Program
Mission Grit® Xplor is an experiential learning program for PreK–8th grade built around the philosophy that children grow through action, challenge, and responsibility. Inspired by the military experience of our Lead Instructors, the program brings a strong sense of leadership, teamwork, discipline, and purpose into every class in an age-appropriate and meaningful way.

Mission Grit in Fort Mill has been such a great experience for my son, Jacob. He truly loves going there and is always excited to participate in the highly engaging and interactive activities.
What really stands out to us is the emphasis they place on teamwork and cooperation. The kids aren’t just completing obstacles individually—they are encouraged to communicate, help one another, problem-solve, and work together as a team to accomplish different tasks. It’s great to see them building confidence and physical skills while also learning how important it is to support their teammates and work toward a common goal.
Jacob also loves that they regularly change the obstacle course, so it always feels fresh and exciting. There is always a new challenge for him and his teammates to figure out together.
We’ve been very impressed with Mission Grit and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a fun, active, and engaging program that also teaches valuable life skills like teamwork, communication, and perseverance.

Mission Grit is an amazing program.
Kids absolutely love it! The instruction is engaging, encouraging, and keeps kids motivated and excited to participate.
What really stands out is how thoughtfully everything is designed. The setup changes every week and there are new themes each month, which keeps things fresh and interesting and not so repetitive.
Kids have a lot of fun while also learning many practical skills and developing critical thinking. The activities challenge them in a positive way both physically and mentally, and help build confidence and problem-solving skills.
The whole concept is fantastic. I highly recommend Mission Grit!
